The Assignment: Typographic Self-Portrait
A dynamic typography problem to solve.
• Create an animated self-portrait using the letters from your name (first, last or both) in ANIMATE.
• Start with your name and animate the letters moving and forming into your self-portrait.
• Use ONLY typographic elements (no images)
• In addition to the letters in your name, you can use numbers and symbols such as parentheses, exclamation point, etc.
• You may also use combinations of different typefaces
• Your animation can be black and white or in color
Specifications:
• Your Animated Portrait will be 800 pixels wide X 600 pixels high.
• Frame rate is 30 fps (set this up in the properties tab).
• Use ONLY typographic elements (letters, numbers, punctuation)
• Animation demonstrates Flash tweening techniques (motion, shape, and motion path)
