Review the first part of this chapter on what goes into a good title scene to use as a prelude to your animation. There are three tutorials that may interest you for your project.
Chapter 8: 3D Space in Motion
This chapter explores 3D space and reviews how to set up your layers. Chris uses Cinema 4D as a modeling program, so some of the exercises incorporate that into them. The first two tutorials will be helpful if you want to incorporate 3D into your project.
